A graduate of Accounting and an MBA (Finance specialization) holder both from the University of Lagos. He started his banking career in 2007 with United Bank for Africa Plc in the Banking Operations unit of the bank before joining FBN Microfinance Ltd(a wholly owned subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria Plc) in 2009. In 2015, Letshego MFB bought over 100% stake of FBN Microfinance bank which made Stanley a pioneer staff of the bank. He grew from a sales person to becoming a branch manager before his deployment to Finance unit of the bank. Stanley was responsible for Corporate and Financial reporting functions of the bank as well as tax management and treasury operations. In 2019 Stanley left to join Hackman MFB as head, Accounts and Finance before joining Virtue-One Global Investments Ltd (Finance Company) as a Financial Control person. Thereafter he worked with Task Systems Limited (a leading indigenous ICT company) as Head Finance. He also worked with Intelligra Solutions Limited(a FINTECH startup) as the Head of Revenue Assurance. Stanley is currently the MD/CEO of OsiFin Limited. He is an Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered), an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management and a certified Microfinance Banker(MCIB). Stanley has undergone several local and foreign trainings and seminars.
A graduate of Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye and an MBA(Finance specialization) holder from University of Lagos. He started his banking career over a decade ago with First Bank of Nigeria Plc before he was seconded to FBN Microfinance Bank Ltd. He grew to become a branch Manager with the bank. He later transition into finance role before joining Hackman MFB Lekki, Lagos as head of Accounts and Finance. He is an Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
A graduate of Accounting from Babcock University. Newton started his audit and assurance career with Ayo Falaiye & Co a firm of Chartered Accountant over 8 years ago where he successfully handled several small and medium sized clients for Audit, Assurance, Mergers and Acquisition, tax management and Accounting services. He left Ayo Falaiye & Co as an Audit Manager before joining GIG Logistics as an Audit Senior, the role he occupied before he left to join Oak Pensions Ltd as an Audit and Risk Management specialist. Newton is currently running his Masters of Science in Accounting at The University of Lagos. He is an Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
A graduate of University of Lagos where she studied Human Kinetics and Health Education. She is heading Microfinance services in OsiFin Limited haven acquired several years of all round hands-on experience with Forsyth Consult as a sales person, operations person as well as control person. She has brought her wealth of experience in informal lending to bear in OsiFin Limited as the pilot of microfinance services. Christiana is happily married with kids.
ATTAH A. ADAMS ESQ a chartered personnel and human resources manager and a result oriented legal practitioner with highly developed analytical and organizational skills. He has a sound understanding of Basic and fundamentals of the Nigerian and international legal mortgage and institution. ATTAH has worked on several real estate finance, acquisitions and developments, Secured Credit ,Human Resources Management related issues , Civil and criminal litigation, and has considerable experience in public private partnerships and banking & secured credit transactions. He is also experienced in client management and supporting business requirements to meet statutory obligations, whilst remaining focused on productivity. His core practice areas include Corporate and Commercial Law, litigation and Criminal litigation, labour and Industrial Relationship, Secured Credit and intellectual Property law. Attah is the principal partner, McADAMS A. SOLICITOR. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Ikeja ,Institute of information Management IIM ,Chartered Institute of Insurance (CINN) and Chartered Institute of Personal Management (CIPM:). Attah brought to bear his wealth of experience to OsiFin Limited as the Company Secretary and Chief Legal officer.
